LISA: What is this place?
MAYA: Outer space?
EIKICHI: Hey, this is... it looks like somewhere else.
HITLER: Welcome, ladies and gentlemen. This is the center of Xibalba. I've been waiting.
JUN: Where is that jerk?
HITLER: You're a little delinquent, calling your father "that jerk." You're not going to be a good adult at this rate.
MAYA: We've defeated all of your subordinates, and the Masquerade Executives too--everyone who could use the Crystal Skulls is gone!
MAYA: The only people who remain are us, right? Even if you have one, isn't it hopeless?
HITLER: Ho ho ho! The possession of this fake has been meaningless from the beginning! If you want it, you can have it!
JUN: What did you say? What do you mean?
HITLER: Ho ho ho...Fu ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

[Enter battle]
HITLER: If you want the answer to that, you're going to have to defeat me. The Spear of Longinus and power of Nyarlathotep, He Who Overturns Fate, aren’t to be taken lightly!
MAYA: We'd kick your ass even if you didn't tell us to! Let's go, everyone!
EIKICHI, LISA, JUN: Yeah!

[Hitler may absorb the power of the Spear of Longinus. He'll be invincible to all attacks for about three or four turns. Use defense magic during this time, and set one of your characters to physical attack. When the attack works, the Spear's effect has worn off, and you can go ahead and use your best fusion magic to defeat him. If Hitler stabs you with the Spear, your Persona will be temporarily sealed. This will wear off, and to speed the amount of time that takes, use the Spirit Leave you receive for defeating the four Longinus robots in the Room of Maluk on the affected characters. Meltdown, Tidal Wave, etc. won't work, though advanced Almighty fusions (such as Om) will. Hitler is Level 63 and is worth 63,000 EXP.]

[After battle]
HITLER: You've entertained me quite well. I’ve waited for ten years until you reached, shall we say, your full potential. It wouldn't be as much fun if you hadn’t.
[Hitler turns into Jun's father.]
JUN: Impossible! You are--
FAKE KASHIHARA: Let me greet you all again. You've finally come to the world of the Collective Unconsciousness.
LISA: Collective... Unconsciousness? This isn't outer space?
FAKE KASHIHARA: This is the place where you guinea pigs called humans are born. The stars you see are what call out to your consciousness.
FAKE KASHIHARA: All human Selves are born from here, and it is to here where they return. In other words, into myself, the Father.
FAKE KASHIHARA: The Crystal Skulls, the Xibalba... your wishes gave them form, and they are nothing more than a part of me.
FAKE KASHIHARA: A ship from another planet that will lead you to God? You guinea pigs today are so stupid. You’ll do anything to justify your illusions, and you irrationally cling to them.
EIKICHI: Guinea pigs? What the hell are you? Show us your true self!
FAKE KASHIHARA: Hmph... just as you see, I'm Jun's father.
JUN: That's a lie! My father died in the clock tower!
FAKE KASHIHARA: That's a cruel thing to say, isn't it? You are the one who wished for me.
FAKE KASHIHARA: You hated your mother who didn't love you, and were contemptuous of your absent-minded father, while you embraced the illusion of the perfect father in your heart.
FAKE KASHIHARA: That's why I came. I performed the role of the father you wished for, in order to satisfy your subconscious desires.
JUN: That's a lie! I didn't wish for this disaster, I just wanted to make everyone's dreams come true!
FAKE KASHIHARA: How long are you going to delude yourself? Wasn't it really your desire to atone for your behavior towards your father that caused the city so much grief?

[Kashihara appears, crucified above the party.]

KASHIHARA: Aaah...Jun...it's you, isn't it? I'm sorry, Jun...
KASHIHARA: I wrote In-Laqetti with the hope that you, the next generation, would be able to become ideal humans, living without pain...
KASHIHARA: But that was all just an illusion. Clinging to dreams doesn't solve anything... I was foolish...
FAKE KASHIHARA: What a moving discussion. Well, hurry and pour your little heart out, because your final wish has already been granted.

[Another cross appears, and the scene switches to Queen Aquarius dying at Caracol.]

QUEEN AQUARIUS: Aah...Jun...be ha..ppy...

[Scene switches back to Xibalba, and the cross next to Kashihara disappears.]

JUN: M...mom?
FAKE KASHIHARA: Didn't you make that woman's dream of eternal youth and beauty come true?
FAKE KASHIHARA: Her face was quite a sight when she found out that the Joker was her son.
JUN: It's a lie!

[Jun's mother appears, crucified next to Kashihara.]

JUN'S MOTHER: Jun... please, forgive your mother, who couldn’t see beyond her own dreams...
FAKE KASHIHARA: You've paid for your sins against your father, and your mother has paid for her own in turn! It's everything you wished for! Be happy! You're contradicting yourself!
LISA: You--!
EIKICHI: You bastard! I'll kill you!
FAKE KASHIHARA: Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! Jun! If you're not going to pay for your sins, I'll make you pay!
[Fake Kashihara blows away the crosses with Jun's parents.]
MAYA: This is the first time I've ever hated someone so much! I will never forgive you! Ever!
[Fake Kashihara takes on the form of Maya's father.]
FAKE KASHIHARA: What a contradiction. You've got a big heart that will forgive anyone; isn't that your unique talent?
[He returns to looking like Jun's father.]
FAKE KASHIHARA: This is my world. If I decide I want you all to disappear, I could obliterate you without moving a finger.
FAKE KASHIHARA: You all know that there's no way you can win, but you still challenge me? That's also contradictory...
MAYA: If we think that we won't win, we'll never be able to capture our dreams or our future!

[Enter battle]
[Fake Kashihara has taken on the form of the Great Father, which kind of has to be seen to be believed.]

GREAT FATHER: Fine, then I'll just have my last little bit of fun playing as your fathers. Give everything you've got to try and capture your future!
JUN, LISA, EIKICHI: We'll decide on our own futures!
MAYA: I won't let anyone do as they please!

[Begin battle. The Great Father is at Level 68, and has four additional parts that are at Level 63. Actually, this is the only time you'll ever see Tatsuya's father, although damned if I can tell which one he is. The top left-hand arm is Lisa's father; the top right is Maya's, and the bottom left is Eikichi's, so I guess that makes the bottom right Tatsuya's. Meltdown, Tidal Wave, etc. don't work. Om does. You can either hit the parts with strong combos, or hit them all at once with strong Maha magic spells. I recommend taking out the top left arm first, because it has an attack that will instantly kill 1-4 of your party members, and then if you want to avoid MG-18, take out the bottom right arm. The Great Father has several spells--the most annoying of which is MG-18, which will hit one of your party members 18 times. It will hit either your HP or your SP. None of the arms have any particular affinity, so just hit them hard with the best you've got.

It is in your best interest to be above Level 60 for this fight, though if you have all magic-reflect or magic-void Persona, you could feasibly do it at a lower level. Magic-reflect Persona are a good idea anyway, because any time the Great Father attacks you, he'll also hurt himself. If no one in your party has Recarm Dora, have some Crisis Powders on hand. Watch your SP; this battle can and will take a while, even if you're at high levels--and you're coming into this straight out of fighting Hitler, without a chance to heal in between. If you're not doing this at Level 89 (like I did the second time through), good luck and hang in there!]

NYARLATHOTEP: For you to do this well... I've seen you use your powers quite well. Good job.

[After Battle]
[Philemon appears next to Fake Kashihara.]
PHILEMON: Were your emotions moved by him pretending to be your fathers? This is the Crawling Chaos-Nyarlathotep. You should now be able to understand what I’ve said.
NYARLATHOTEP: Hm...Certainly, the results we gained from our observations might be just what we were looking for.
LISA: What's he talking about, Philemon?
PHILEMON: We are the source of people's Selves--the personification of the Collective Unconsciousness; an existence that is inseparable, like two sides of a coin.
PHILEMON: We have always been watching the lives of humans. I lead those with strong hearts, and the Crawling Chaos seduces the weak to the Underworld.
PHILEMON: This is all done in order to see whether or not humans, with their hearts that embrace contradictions, would be able to progress into complete beings.
PHILEMON: You all have shown it is possible. Perhaps, if there are more humans like you, Humanity will someday know its raison d'être, and can achieve a truly divine existence.
MAYA: It was all--it was all just a trap that both of you set?
NYARLATHOTEP: Please just say "you." What Philemon looks at is the Ultimate End. I, on the other hand... am different...
[Ideal-sensei appears behind Maya, picks up the Spear of Longinus, and stabs Maya in the chest.]
MAYA: ... wh...y?
[Ideal-sensei disappears, and reappears next to Nyarlathotep.]
EIKICHI: Dammit! Ginko! Hurry up and use your magic or something!
LISA: I am! But... but... the blood won't stop!
LISA: Why... why won't the magic work? Philemon?!
PHILEMON: Nyarlathotep... is this why you used the legend of the Spear of Longinus?
NYARLATHOTEP: In the far-off past, it was said that blood continued to flow endlessly from the corpse of Jesus, who was stabbed through with this spear.
NYARLATHOTEP: It is a legend you humans have continued to tell for the past two thousand years--a "rumor." From a fatal wound, surely we'd be able to immediately see the effects of the spear?
MAYA: I...understand. The woman who is...sadder than...a forgotten woman...
MAYA: A woman who... binds people to her. Everyone... please, forget me... quickly.
EIKICHI: No... no way, Maya-nee! There's no way I'll ever forget you again! Y-you'll come see my debut concert, right?
LISA: He...he's right! This will... be healed soon!
LISA: Your clothes are all dirty, so... next time, I'll pick them out for you... promise me, we'll go shopping together, okay?
JUN: I'll take you all to this place I really like... there's all different kinds of flowers blooming there... it's so pretty...
MAYA: Th...thank you, everyone... you all have become... so strong...
MAYA: Look...if you cry that hard... the bunny will... laugh at you...
MAYA: Okay? Everyone has... the right... to make their own dreams come true... you'll be fine... you guys will... capture your... dreams...
[Maya dies. Tatsuya holds her in his arms.]
NYARLATHOTEP: Heh heh! Everyone has the right to make their own dreams come true, huh... until the very end, she clung to dreams, and was consecrated by a woman with the same name as hers! That was this woman's dream!
NYARLATHOTEP: And now, I'll grant Humanity's wish for destruction!
 

[The planets line up in the Grand Cross, and everything on the surface of the earth is blown away, with Xibalba floating above.]

NYARLATHOTEP: Ah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! You all have learned one important thing--the logic of the world is that there are some things you can't do anything about!
NYARLATHOTEP: I am the Shadow all of all Humanity. As long as there is darkness in humans' hearts, I will never disappear. Endure the final trial of the Crawling Chaos!

[Nyarlathotep takes his true form, a tentacle monster, and disappears along with Ideal-sensei.]

PHILEMON: There is one method to change this reality... it is what you did on that summer night in order to wipe away the event that occurred...
PHILEMON: The evil thread of cause and effect that he spun started on that day...
PHILEMON: If you erase just that one incident, this tragedy will not occur, and you will forget everything from that day onwards. The world will be born onto a different Wheel of Time.
EIKICHI: Can we... do something... like that?
PHILEMON: There was once, in the hearts of humans, a great power that could change the flow of reality.
PHILEMON: Without depending on the illusions that are Xibalba and the Crystal Skulls, your actions and the power of your intentions are the unique energy that can change reality.
PHILEMON: Yes... the power to even give birth to the universe is the same power that lurks in your hearts. That is possible in this world of Collective Unconsciousness.
JUN: Reset everything...is that what it is? To change all of our memories and thoughts?
LISA: Forget about... everyone? That's horrible! There's no other way?
PHILEMON: With the immense power Nyarlathotep has in this world, no other method exists. In the Unconsciousness, the source of his power is the darkness in the hearts of people who wish for destruction.
PHILEMON: In order to suppress him, people themselves are the ones that must change. You all are the ones who will found this new world.
JUN: I won't... forget... I can't forget!
EIKICHI: That's right... you think we could just forget it all?
EIKICHI: That bastard's got us cornered... let's just ride it out. I'll show him that it won't go just as he’s planned! 
LISA: We'll be able to meet again... for sure... right?
PHILEMON: Very well. Create a strong mental picture of the form that you should be in. The power of your intentions should lead you to a new existence.
[Jun disappears, then Eikichi, and then Maya. Lisa kisses Tatsuya on the cheek.]
LISA: That's a charm. Now I'm sure I'll never forget you.
[Lisa disappears.]
PHILEMON: All right; it's time to part. You don't have any final words, do you?
 

- Thank him	PHILEMON: There’s no need to thank me. I pray that you all will break the unwritten rules and someday remember each other again. Farewell.
- Punch him	[Philemon's mask falls off, and beneath it is Tatsuya's face.] PHILEMON: I am the one who lives in the place between Consciousness and Unconsciousness in all humans. PHILEMON: I am thou, and thou art I. I am always watching over you from within. Farewell.

VOICE-ACTED FMV SCENE:
EIKICHI: We've been through a lot, but I'm real happy we met up with each other again. You'll come and be one of my band members this time, right? Men don't forget their promises to each other!
LISA: Ching-yan, don't forget me...I love you...
JUN: I won't forget... about the sin I committed, about you, or about anyone... we'll meet again for sure, and this time, we will protect Maya-neesan together... so I won't say goodbye, only... thank you.

[The world is put back to its normal, undestroyed form. The scene reopens back at Seven Sisters. Tatsuya is fixing his bike, just like he did right at the beginning of the game.]

MALE STUDENT: Yo, Suou! Saeko-sensei is looking for you. She said something about guidance for your future.
MALE STUDENT: What's up? Something wrong with your bike?
MALE STUDENT: That’s not good. Don't mess around with it so much; just go home on the train. Okay, I've told you what she wanted, so I've done what I came here for.

SAEKO-SENSEI: I finally found you, Suou. You can't run away anymore!
SAEKO-SENSEI: All right, let's get down to business. Have you decided what you're going to do?
 

- I've decided.	SAEKO-SENSEI: Really! Well, since I've heard that, that's just fine for now. We'll continue this conversation at your counseling session tomorrow.
- I haven't decided.	SAEKO-SENSEI: Hm. Well, don't worry about it. Think long and hard about your future, and then decide.

[Lisa watches Tatsuya from behind a row of bikes. She blushes.]
LISA: ...
MAMI: Oh? What are you doing, Lisa?
LISA: Um, uh, I'm...I was just thinking that it was time for you two to be coming! You guys waited for me. You shouldn't have!
MIHO: Ohhhh, it's Suou-senpai! He's like, become really cool lately, hasn't he?
LISA: He has? Is something wrong with your head?
LISA: Look, more importantly, let's go karaoke! We're going to debut together, right?

[Sumaru Prison]
EIKICHI: Argh! That sucks! It's all wrong! You guys have no musical sense!
KEN: Well, isn't that obvious? I quit playing musical instruments when I was a kid. Last thing I did was blow on a whistle.
MIYABI: You guys are really working hard. I brought you a present.
EIKICHI: Hey, Miyabi. Sorry, guys. Okay, shall we take a break?
KEN: That's right, Michel-san. Do you know about Tatsuya Suou from Seven Sisters?
KEN: No matter who you ask, everyone says that he's Seven Sisters' Number One Hottest Guy, and that there's no beating him in popularity with the ladies. How about we invite him?
EIKICHI: Do you know him, Miyabi?
EIKICHI: Yeah, we should. We are looking for new members, after all. Maybe I should meet him.

[Sumaru TV]
JUN: That was a great performance, Mom.
[He gives her a pink flower.]
JUN'S MOTHER: Thank you, Jun. This is a sweet pea, isn't it?
JUN: I've decided what I'm going to do in the future. I'm going into the education department. I want to become a teacher like Dad.
JUN'S MOTHER: Really! Your father will be so happy. Since you're really working hard, tonight, let's celebrate and do something we haven't done in a while-have dinner together, all three of us.
JUN'S MOTHER: Well then, I've got a bit more to do here, so why don't you head home without me?

[The scene reopens on the exit at the Rengedai train station. Jun, Lisa, and Eikichi [with Miyabi] approach from different directions. Yukino comes through the gates and stops. As Tatsuya walks past Jun towards the gates, Maya comes rushing through them and bumps into Tatsuya. He helps her pick up her stuff, and she says a few words to him.]
