[The students in the classroom talk about how popular Lisa is, and Youko [whose face is now bandaged] is angry that Lisa wasn't cursed. She thinks it's unfair. Lisa yells at Youko, and the rest of the party members comment on how vicious Lisa is to the other girls.]

BANDAGED GIRL: Thank you, Suou-kun! There shouldn't be any more emblems in this classroom. Please take care of the others.
[The Horror-loving Female Student will tell you about a legend she uncovered about a serial murderer that was arrested for arson and homicide. But the criminal turned out to be a student from Seven Sisters, named Tatsuya Sudou. She wonders if he has anything to do with this curse. Another student mentions a rumor about Tatsuya's father getting fired from the police force for taking money from the Yakuza. Another apologizes for telling that story, but reassures Tatsuya that the story is ten years old and doesn't mean Tatsuya is a bad person. Lisa and Eikichi support Tatsuya. When Maya hears about the arson incident, she feels a strange pain and gets a bit dizzy. Yukino asks about Maya's condition.]

YUKINO: That seems to be the last of the emblems in this room. Shall we move on?
[The students are mostly talking about Eikichi's relationship to Miyabi, and his claim that she used to be his girlfriend. Maya praises Eikichi's smoothness with the ladies. The girl in the back says that Mami and Miho have left, searching for Lisa--they received a call and ran out.]

MALE STUDENT: We're saved! There shouldn't be any emblems remaining in this classroom. I hope this will put an end to the curse.
[Noriko says that they didn't have practice today, and that she needs to go looking for Anna to give her track shoes to her, because she’s sure Anna will be a track star again. Also, a student tells you about Hanako, a rumor demon in Sevens. If you want to fight her you should probably go spread the rumor now, because she won't be available later. When you come back later, the party members comment on what you received for defeating Hanako-san (if you did it) and mention there could be other rumor demons around.]

MALE STUDENT: That's the last of the emblems in this room. There aren't any more. Geez, I wish we'd done this earlier.
[Two of the baseball club guys discuss one of them turning into a robot. One asks if Joker-sama will grant a second wish. A girl in the room becomes weak in the knees after being stared at by Eikichi. Maya talks about true love being a big misunderstanding, and Yukino thinks about that statement with a worried look.]

FEMALE STUDENT: That's the last of the emblems in this room! Hurry and break the others!
[The boy in the corner blames Tatsuya for his curse. One of the girls says that maybe they're all getting what they deserve. A boy remembers that one of the school workers said something about "When the clock moves, the world will be destroyed." Maya says that she thinks Lisa is scary–she loves Tatsuya to pieces but seems to hate Eikichi. Lisa is angry with Eikichi for just standing around, and says that if her and Tatsuya's faces are cursed, she'll kick his ass. Yukino wonders where Hannya is.]

YUKINO: Now that I think of it, one of the students said something about there being emblems in the faculty lounge. That’s all we've got left, right?
[The students discuss the sudden curse. One who hasn't been affected tells Maya not to interview him. Eikichi ponders Maya's potential burning love for him. Lisa seems to be worried that Maya is staring at Tatsuya.]

[Teacher's Room [2F]]
SAEKO-SENSEI: Hey!
SAEKO-SENSEI: Come on, you guys! Give it a rest already! We can't let rumors wreak havoc like this! For crying out loud...
YUKINO: Saeko-sensei! Why are you here?
SAEKO-SENSEI: Mayuzumi? You're Mayuzumi, aren't you?
SAEKO-SENSEI: I transferred to this school last year. How about you, Mayuzumi? What are you doing here? You can't be thinking of re-enrolling in high school again?
YUKINO: Work, I'm here for work! Right now I'm a part time assistant cameraman. We’re here interviewing the students.
LISA: Aiya! Saeko-sensei, you and Mayuzumi-san know each other?
SAEKO-SENSEI: She was one of my students at my previous school.
SAEKO-SENSEI: Anyway, you’ve got bad timing… as you can see, things are a little wild...
YUKINO: There are a few things I'd like to ask you about this ruckus, Saeko-sensei...
[Fade out. Return.]
SAEKO-SENSEI: You're telling me this started over a rumor? And if you break the emblems that started the rumors... I get it! Here, let me help!
SAEKO-SENSEI: Suou! Don’t worry; I'll take all responsibility for this incident. You just hurry up and destroy all of those emblems!

[Talk to people afterwards]
LISA: I wonder if it's really this easy... Ching-yan, do you think that it's going to turn out just like Maya-san said?
EIKICHI: Finally, the last emblems...we've got to hurry and find Mister Hannya. Okay, Suou, let's finish this with style!
MAYA: These are the last emblems. I hope this works...
YUKINO: Saeko-sensei is as cool as ever... I never thought I'd see her again here... I'm really glad I took this job!
SAEKO-SENSEI: Rumors are becoming reality... huh. Normally I'd think it was impossible, but since you and Mayuzumi are the ones telling me, it might just be true.
SAEKO-SENSEI: This tense feeling in the school reminds me of St. Hermelin Academy three years ago... ah, sorry, sorry. It's nothing!

[Break all three clocks.]
EIKICHI: Okay everybody! All of the emblems should now be destroyed!
SAEKO-SENSEI: Everyone's illness should be cured!
[It isn't. The students look sad.]
MAYA: Huh? It didn’t work? Is there some place we overlooked?
LISA: Hey, didn't we forget the biggest one of all? The clock in the tower! That one's still left.
[The PA system sounds.]
PRINCIPAL HANNYA: Ahem--an announcement to all students: Stop vandalizing school property right now! Stop vandalizing school property right now! 
PRINCIPAL HANNYA: I am the principal, and you will obey me! Treat my Seven Sisters High School with respect!
SAEKO-SENSEI: Well, if the principal says so, there's nothing we can do.
SAEKO-SENSEI: Okay, everyone, stop looking for the emblems! Let's start cleaning things up!
YUKINO: Hannya's here, too, but with everyone acting like this, what can we do?
YUKINO: Don't you think we should break the big clock anyway?
[Tatsuya starts to leave.]
LISA: Ah, wait, Ching-yan! The clock tower is always locked, isn't it? We need to find the key before we head up there.
LISA: It's probably in the teachers' lounge. Let's ask them.

[Asou-sensei tells you that someone in the room has it, but he doesn't know who it is. He also asks you to tell Lisa to talk to him about her terrible grades in English. Souka-sensei tells you that a school employee probably has the key. Saeko-sensei tells everyone to work cleaning up, because they "l-l-like Principal Hannya, right?" Yukino expresses anger over Hannya brainwashing "her Saeko-sensei," and says that Saeko-sensei isn't the type who blindly follows orders.]

[Employee Room [1F]]
MAYA: Excuse us! We'd like to come in for a moment.
MAYA: Um, we'd like to borrow the key to the clock tower.
EMPLOYEE: Hm? Key?
LISA: Yes, the key to the clock tower! You have it, don't you, gramps?
EMPLOYEE: The key to the clock tower...where'd that go?
EIKICHI: Okay, Gramps! Without rushing or making a fuss, let’s slowly remember...
YUKINO: At this rate, who knows when we'll find the key? It'll be faster if we just look for ourselves.

[Walk around and talk to everyone. If you look at the posters, they're of the legendary actress, Sayuri Yoshikawa. For some reason, around the mouth area, they're wrinkled from being wet...]
MAYA: Wow!
MAYA: There's nothing in this dresser other than Sayuri Yoshikawa clippings and bromides...
EIKICHI: What, Suou? Gramps and I are having a discussion about what it means to be a man. We're a bit busy, so don't interrupt us.
YUKINO: I didn't find the key, but I did find some snacks. While that old lady complains, she does a good job of watching after the old man.
LISA: Aiya, it reeks of mold!
LISA: Geez! Don't they dry their futon before putting them away? There's no key in this closet either...

[After you talk to everyone...]
LISA: Ugh, enough! The key isn't anywhere.
MAYA: This isn't good. What should we do?
EIKICHI: By the way, Gramps... this has been on my mind for a while, but... what's that?
JANITOR: Hm? This is the key.
EIKICHI: There's an ID tag on it: "C-l-o-c-k T-o-w-e-r"
EIKICHI: Okay! I've found the key. Now, let's head to the clock tower!

[Approaching the stairs on 4F]
LISA: Tatsuya, my Persona--it's scared… this feeling... no way...
 

EIKICHI: [cough] It's really dusty...my hair is going to get mussed.
EIKICHI: And it doesn't look like Mister Hannya is here either. Let's hurry and break the clock, then we can get outta this place.
LISA: What I felt a little while ago? I wonder what that was?
[A ghostly figure appears between the gears.]
EIKICHI: What? What's wrong, everybody? Is my lipstick smeared?
LISA: C-C-Captain Underwear! B-b-behind you! Behind! Behind!
TEACHER'S GHOST: Even though...
EIKICHI: Eh?
TEACHER'S GHOST: Even though... I told them... not to... let time move...
[The ghost disappears.]
MAYA: It disappeared... I swear that somewhere...
EIKICHI AND LISA: I've seen that person!
???: Ha ha ha ha!
YUKINO: That voice... Hannya? Is he above us?
TATSUYA, EIKICHI, LISA: The Joker!
MAYA AND YUKINO: That's the Joker?!
LISA: Principal Hannya! I knew you were somehow connected to the Joker!
LISA: The cursed emblems, everyone acting weird…those were caused by you working with the Joker, weren't they? Admit it!
PRINCIPAL HANNYA: What are you talking about, you silly girl? The cursed emblem is simply divine retribution for the students’ transgressions!
PRINCIPAL HANNYA: You've all forgotten your purpose for being here, and spend every day lolling around mindlessly. The only things you pay attention to are your looks and the opposite sex!
PRINCIPAL HANNYA: You brought the curse upon yourselves! It might have started as a Kasu High rumor, but… I never thought it would actually happen…
PRINCIPAL HANNYA: However, if you make a wish to Joker-sama, everything will go back to normal.
PRINCIPAL HANNYA: And if you follow Joker-sama, you'll be even better off than you ever dreamed!
YUKINO: How about you? What did you gain with the Joker's power?
PRINCIPAL HANNYA: Ha ha ha! Me? The respect and admiration of my students... and this thick, fluffy hair!
EIKICHI: Joker! Your business is with us!
EIKICHI: What’s the point of pandering to this old geezer?
JOKER: In the sparkling stars of the Ascension…stopped time begins to move...
JOKER: Revenge is not my sole object.
JOKER: This is a battle between myself, the Giver, and you scum, the Thieves. It is a fight with Tatsuya Suou, with the dreams of humanity as the prize!
JOKER: I won't allow you jerks to destroy it all again. I'll not allow history be repeated!
MAYA: Is he…crying?
JOKER: Time moves again. Listen to the bell resounding with dreams!
[The Joker throws a white flower down, and disappears.]
EIKICHI: Damn it! We can’t let him get away!
PRINCIPAL HANNYA: Hey, over there! A little lost?
EIKICHI: Crap. Get out of the way!
PRINCIPAL HANNYA: Come and get it, fools! It’s time for a little student counseling! Heil Mask!

[Boss Fight]
LISA: Keh he! You call yourself a teacher?
PRINCIPAL HANNYA: Tough love is necessary when all else fails. I’ll make you respect a principal!

[Hannya is Level 7, weak fire. Watch your HP and use Blazing Hell. Should be no problem if you're at Level 5 or 6. It's even easier if Maia or Eros has Media.]

[after the battle]
LISA: We won! Now, tell us everything you know about the Joker!
EIKICHI: W-what?
YUKINO: Everyone, watch out! It's collapsing!
[The tower begins to fall apart, and the giant clock face falls with a crash from the tower.]
MAYA: Owww... is everyone okay?
EIKICHI: Hey, wait a fuckin' minute!
PRINCIPAL HANNYA: Today's session ends here, but as long as Joker-sama is after you, don't think you’ve won!
[He jumps from the tower.]
PRINCIPAL HANNYA: Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!
EIKICHI: This is the fourth floor! I don't think that old geezer’s gonna die, though.
MAYA: The Joker... he's so forlorn it's painful, and deep in his heart, he holds the wound of an old sin...
MAYA: That boy resembles you so much, Tatsuya-kun... I feel like I've met him somewhere before.
MAYA: "She has left this city long ago / yet her house is still standing here. / There I also see a man / standing and staring into the heavens..."
MAYA: "Wringing his hands in violent grief. / I shudder when I behold his face… / Why do you mimic my anguish that tormented me at this place for so many nights in the past?"
MAYA: It's a poem called "Doppelgänger." Do you know it, Tatsuya-kun?
YUKINO: No way... Maya-san, are you saying the Joker is Suou's Doppelgänger?
MAYA: Of course not! I just thought they were a little bit alike! Don't worry about it, Tatsuya-kun.
LISA: Wai! What should we do from here? Hannya's run away, and we've lost our clues about the Joker.
MAYA: Let's think positively! At times like this, just keep going. This doesn't mean it’s hopeless.
MAYA: Let's follow the rumors! Rumors will surely lead us to where the Joker is.
YUKINO: Interesting… that's a great idea! Hannya did say that the original Cursed Emblem rumor started amongst the Kasu High students. 
EIKICHI: Ma'am, wait just a minute! I’m the leader of Kasugayama High School, and there's not a single student there that would spread such a rumor.
EIKICHI: It’s a waste of time if we're just trying to confirm it. We should search someplace else.
LISA: If we're looking for information about rumors and the Joker, the newspaper club chief might be a good source. She was also investigating them; maybe she found something?
LISA: If we go to the PiiDai in Yumesaki, we should be able to find Hanaji. Why don't we head over there? [3]
[A girl enters the room.]
FEMALE STUDENT: I heard that the principal came to the clock tower in order to get rid of the emblem curse...have you seen him?
FEMALE STUDENT: C-could it be... when the clock tower crumbled…? No way! He didn't die, did he?

CHOICE: [Your answer here will affect an event much later in the game, but neither is a wrong answer.]

- He died.	FEMALE STUDENT: Oh my gosh! He died in order to protect us...thank you, Principal, and...goodbye.
- He's alive.	FEMALE STUDENT: Nothing can defeat our principal! I'm sure he'll reappear when the school is in danger and protect all of us!

YUKINO: Looks like she got herself pretty excited there. As long as it doesn't become another weird rumor...well, then, let's head off to the Peace Diner.

[3] "PiiDai" is a shortened version of Peace Diner. You'll come to learn a lot about the Japanese and their love for abbreviations as you go along.
 

[Walk out of Seven Sisters and get ready to head over to the Peace Diner. Stop in the classrooms on your way out.]

[If you go to Lisa’s homeroom, 3-B, the students are discussing who's going to be this year's Miss Sevens. They generally agree that it's going to be Lisa because of her unique beauty, but a lot of the girls are snippy about it and insist that since Youko has recovered from the curse, she will be the winner. Lisa, in response to this, says, "I'll show you, and you’ll all be sorry! I'll prove that I'm better than all of you!"]

[Across the school, the students are lamenting the absence of principal Hanya-they believe he cured the school of the curse. But though they're all sad, they cling to the hope that he'll be back. They praise him so much for having saved Sevens that Eikichi and Lisa get pissed off for lack of recognition. If you go to the parking lot, however, one girl will tell Eikichi that she knows he's the one that saved the school, and offers to kiss him. Eikichi is a bit flustered at that.]

[Everyone's disappointed because the school festival has been cancelled, but Saeko-sensei promises to do her best to revive it.]

[In 2-B, if you talk to Noriko, she'll tell you she's going to go look for Anna and runs out. In 2-C, the students talk about how Asacchi and Miipo are missing. When you ask Lisa if she's concerned, she says that she doesn't really care. Maya defends Lisa-she can be cold, but she can't be completely lost if she's so warm to Tatsuya. ]

[If you leave and talk to the people around town, they're talking about the curse at Sevens and this new association people are joining.]

[The characters themselves are wondering about the source of the Seven's emblem curse, and the best ways to diet.]
 

[Araya Shrine]
LISA: Fan ah... no, I don't want to be here. Let's go, Ching-yan.
EIKICHI: Strange, that tree is the same...just like in my dreams.
MAYA: Urgh. Whenever I come here I get throbbing headache. I'm fine. It'll go away soon enough. This just happens sometimes.
YUKINO: Funny how things repeat themselves. In my old town, Mikage-cho, they had a shrine called Araya, too. That's there we met Philemon.
OLD LADY: This shrine was rebuilt about 10 years ago after a fire burnt it down. Did you know, Sonny, that they say the ghost of the girl haunts this place? 
 

- I didn't know.	OLD LADY: They say there was a girl inside the shrine when it burned down. Ten years have passed, and she still plays all by herself, forever and ever. Does she even know she died? Is she waiting for someone? Can her soul be free?
- I know.	OLD LADY: They say she's all alone. I feel sorry for her, so I come here everyday, to keep her company.

LISA: Lisa's Lecture on Chinese, Part 13! Mo hoh yi is kinda like "no no no no!"
OLD LADY WHO BECAME RICH: I'm grateful to these kids; because of them, I’m filthy rich! I'll never have to worry about that kid....Kid? Um…Takeshi, his name was Takeshi. Hahaha, to forget his name...maybe I'm too happy.
EIKICHI: That old lady, she said Takeshi. She's not Takeshi's mom, is she? 
YUKINO: Everyone has one item that brings back memories. Sometimes when I look at that, I remember good things-and bad.

LISA: Aiya! Wait a second! We don’t have anything to do here, right?
???: Mm? Lisa, are you back already? Why don’t you tell us when you’re coming home?
(Steven Silverman: Lisa’s father, a healthy, strong, and vigorous man. He has a great fascination with Japan and has made it his home. He tried to raise his daughter to be a traditional Japanese girl. [4])

MAYA: Lisa seems to be on bad terms with her father. She should be happy just to have him.

[A blue-haired girl walks into the diner.]
???: What is this? Are you Lisa-san? What a coincidence to bump into you here!
LISA: Uh, you're, um...you're in the newspaper club with Hanaji…Chikalin?
RUMORMONGER CHIKALIN: Ohoh, did you forget my name for a second? But you guessed correctly, so I'll forgive you. That's me, Chikalin!
(Chika Ueda: Called Rumormonger Chikalin, she's a member of Seven Sister's High School newspaper club. Though a bit scatter-brained, she's better at collecting information than Hanaji.)
LISA: You came at the right moment! Do you know what happened to Hanaji?
RUMORMONGER CHIKALIN: Glad to see someone’s worried! I went with her to investigate the emblem curse, and we heard that the Kasu High students who spread the rumor were at the Zodiac. Hanaji-sempai went to infiltrate the place and get an interview. 
EIKICHI: Hahah, infiltrate? Is Miss Piggy capable of such a brave thing?
LISA: Wait a second, Captain Underwear! Don't play innocent! So the ones who spread the rumor were Kasu High students after all!
EIKICHI: No way anyone in my gang would be so pathetic! I didn't bring them up that way! Miss Piggy obviously screwed up. 
LISA: Hannya said it was a Kasu High student. That makes two witnesses. Are you still going to deny it?
EIKICHI: E-even so, they said it out of jealousy. If I go scream at them, the rumor--
YUKINO: Okay, that's enough. How about we go there? We can find out the truth once and for all. If it turns out the source really is Kasu High, then you can bitch them out. Okay?
MAYA: The Zodiac is a club in this part of town, so let's hurry over.
 

NORIKO: Oneesama! I should have known you'd be here! C'mon, let's go. 
LISA: Aiya! Noriko's here! I guess she hasn't given up on Anna Yoshizaka yet.
[Anna pulls out a cigarette.]
NORIKO: Don't, oneesama! If you smoke, you'll harm your body! And you won't be able to run again--
ANNA: ...
(Anna Yoshizaka. A dropout from Seven Sister's High School and Tatsuya's former classmate. She's gone wild, but she was once the rising star of the track team.)
NORIKO: Oneesama, am I that much of a pain? You idiot! 
[Noriko runs out. Anna takes out another cigarette, which Yukino takes away.]
YUKINO: Quit it. Stunting your growth isn't cool.
ANNA: Who are you?
YUKINO: Me? I'm Yukino Mayuzumi. Just your average cameraman–in-training. 
ANNA: What do you care? Fuck off. 
[Anna pulls out yet another cigarette, which Yukino also snatches.]
YUKINO: You should listen to good advice, or else you'll regret it later. 
ANNA: Whatever.
[She stands up and starts to walk away.]
YUKINO: Don't get angry...
ANNA: Why should I change? It's such a hassle, and I don't care.

[She exits, and three Kasu High students enter.]

KASU HIGH STUDENT: Hey, what's the big idea, coming here and raggin’ on us? We don't take that shit. 
KASU HIGH STUDENT: You're from Sevens, ain'tcha? If you don't go straight home after school, you'll make our captain angry. 
EIKICHI: Hold it! You should behave with more style. You wouldn't want to make me angry, would you? 
ALL THREE KASU HIGH STUDENTS: M-M-Michel-sama?!
KASU HIGH STUDENT: E-E-E-Eikichi Mishina? S-so what! Nobody's taking orders from you anymore!
EIKICHI: What?! What did you just say?!
KASU HIGH STUDENT: We have a new Head, and he's way stronger than you! 
KASU HIGH STUDENT: All the Kasu High students you were dominating are all following Sugimoto-san!
EIKICHI: Sugimoto? Sugimoto is the new leader? Don't give me that bullshit! 
[Eikichi starts to call on his Persona, causing two of the Kasu High students to run away.]
KASU HIGH STUDENT: Eeeeee! Help!
[Eikichi grabs him by the neck.]
EIKICHI: You asshole, is the new Head stronger now? 
KASU HIGH STUDENT: It's a rumor! Everyone's been saying that the new Head is stronger! 
MAYA: The Captain himself didn't know he'd been replaced, and there are rumors involved...could this Sugimoto kid have a connection to the Joker?
YUKINO: It sure sounds that way. There's no way he could get a whole school to suddenly change their minds without pulling strings.
[Eikichi lets go of the student.]
MAYA: By the way, have you heard the rumor about the Sevens Emblem being cursed? We want to know if the rumor really did start in Kasu High or not.
[The student hesitates, but quickly blurts out the answer when Eikichi raises his fist.]
KASU HIGH STUDENT: The Head came up with it, and we spread it! He hates them, so he said he wanted to bring them tumbling down...
LISA: Keh he! Does this Sugimoto have a grudge against Sevens?
EIKICHI: Let's hear it straight from the horse's mouth. You! Where's Sugimoto? 
KASU HIGH STUDENT: Here, inside the secret club!
EIKICHI: Secret club? If you're lying, I'll kick your ass. 
LISA: Hold it, Captain Underwear! [to the Kasu High student] Say, did a girl called Hanaji come here? I think she was also researching the Cursed Emblem rumor.
Kasu High Student: I don't know no Hanaji. The only Sevens girl I’ve seen is Miyabi Hanakouji, and she went into the secret club to talk to the head...
EIKICHI: What? Did you just say Miyabi Hanakouji? Hanakouji-san went to see Sugimoto? I can't let her do that!
[He runs off into the club.]
MAYA: Eikichi-kun, wait! It's dangerous alone!
LISA: Aiya! Captain Underwear went by himself. Well, nobody cares about him, but I'm worried about Hanaji. Shall we follow him?

One female student goes on and on about how cool Kasu High students are; a lady wonders if the Zodiac really has a secret club (and if there is, won't someone please take her to it?); a worker complains that the Kasu High students are ruining the club's atmosphere; a Kasu High student says that he thinks that the new Head is a coward; and one person gives you a rumor that the Zodiac is like a maze. Make sure you leave Zodiac right after getting the rumor and then spread it at the Kuzunoha--you can get some nice cards.]

YUKINO: Anna Yoshizaka...she has the same look in her eyes as I did until I met Saeko-sensei.
LISA: Say, Ching-yan, why do you think Hanaji asked us not to tell Captain Underwear her real name? Wouldn't she want to let him know who she is? I bet he was lying!
MAYA: The rumors about the Head being stronger than the Captain are pretty widespread... Eikichi might be in trouble.

LISA: Did Captain Underwear really date Hanaji? Why would he go for someone like her? He's so strange...
YUKINO: There's never any rational reason to love someone. When it happens, you just can't get them out of your head.
MAYA: Maybe Eikichi is more worried than angry? He wants to believe in his school friends. He's their captain.

YUKINO: Running off to protect the woman he loves... I used to know someone who did dumb stuff like that… I wish I could be that way.
LISA: Captain Underwear is such a dumbass, running off like that!
MAYA: I think Lisa's being too harsh. Sure, he's reckless, but is that so bad?

LISA: Oh, no! I just remembered that Captain Underwear still doesn't know that Hanaji is Miyabi! This feels like an accident just waiting to happen…

MAYA: Eikichi-kun might have vaguely been aware Kasugayama High School spread rumors, but he refused to believe it.
LISA: You can think that all you want, Maya-san, but don’t give Captain Underwear so much credit. You're trying too hard!
YUKINO: Still, running off by himself was pretty damn reckless--not that I dislike that in a guy…

MAYA: To keep him from worrying, let's keep quiet about Eikichi-kun. 
EIKICHI’S DAD: Huh? Where's that good-for-nothing son of mine? Isn't he with you?
YUKINO: When Eikichi's father asked me where Eikichi went, I lied. Why did I bother?
LISA: Keh he, Captain Underwear is causing a ton of trouble! I'll make him pay by treating me to sushi!

LISA: But you have to wonder why are rumors turning into reality? How can something based only on gossip be true? That's... terrible, when you think about it. 
MAYA: Who enabled rumors to become true? Was it the Joker? I just can't tell...
