FRIENDS
 | NAGIRA SHUNJI [ 凪羅 俊司 ] Age: 28 Occupation: Lawyer, Pimp-Masta BOC: Coffee Nagira is a lawyer running a small private practice with two assistants. Amon tells Robin to go stay with Nagira after she was Hunted, and she gets to stay in his building and act as a bike messenger for him. He seems to be involved in some kind of underground Witch-helping organization, since he doesn't like pushy government interference in people's lives. He's also quite well-connected and collects information through several underground sources, one being a low-class Witch in Walled City and the other being some guy who he meets in a pachinko parlor. (SPOILERS (highlight to read):Nagira is Amon's older brother - or half-brother, wasn't too sure. They share a father, at the very least. He's also The Man. It makes sense that they're related - I mean, Amon is Mr. Trust-No-One, so if he were leaving Robin with someone, he'd leave her with a family member. He seems to be exponentially less broody than Amon, but I suppose different careers helped that. They only lived together for three months in the past, which makes me think that they're only half-brothers.)

| HANAMURA MIKA [ 花村 美加 ] Age: 22 BOC: Tea?
Nagira's assistant, who's always scolding him for being lazy. I know she looks bald in this picture, but really, she just has her hair pulled back tightly. Nagira has another assistant, Hirata, but he only appears in a few frames, snickering at everyone's silly arguments.

| "MASTER"
Age: ? BOC: probably "espresso. Like an Italian." This guy is the proprietor of "Harry's," the coffeehouse/restaurant across the street from STN-J HQ. He wears tight black turtlenecks and probably read beat poetry in his youth. He provides strong caffeinated beverages and warm meals for those wacky kids at STN-J. (SPOILERS (highlight to read):His son was a Witch, and Master turned him in to STN-J. His son escaped, went to America, became an assassin - but came back just in time for episode 10 of the series.)
|
| KOSAKA SHINTAROU [ 小坂 慎太郎 ] Age: 45 BOC: Tea or Coffee My understanding is that he's a member of the police force, assigned to sort of "keep an eye" on the activities at STN-J. He looks like a goofy Hitler, doesn't he? He's a fussy, annoying, middle-aged man most of the time, but he's essentially good-hearted and comes through for the Witch Hunters in surprising ways.
|
| HATTORI SOUHEI [ 服部 庄平
]
Age: 32 BOC: Coffee? Kosaka's subordinate in the police force, who acts like a go-fer and coffee boy most of the time. He's even more nervous and fussy than his boss, it seems. "Sir? Is it really all right to do this?"

| | SHINZAKI TOUKO [ 真崎 瞳子 ]
Age: 22 BOC: Coffee (On this page by default) Touko is Robin's roommate for the first half of the series, seemingly a nice older-sister type. She's nice, but she really hates it when Robin uses her powers in the house. (SPOILERS (highlight to read):Touko is actually Zaizen's daughter, placed as Robin's roommate to spy on her, I presume. She gets shot in the botched raid on Robin's apartment, and needs to spend some time in a sanitarium after she recovers. I'm not sure about the exact depth of her relationship with Amon; when Robin asks her outright if they're dating, Touko's response is a cynical laugh. But Amon calls her at one point, and she's upset when told not to see him again?)
